Making a Purchase
In order to purchase a product, simply browse through the online shopping facility. Click on the ‘add to basket’ icon next to your chosen product and the item will be put in your shopping basket (a running total is visible on the top right of the online shop). Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping basket to checkout, or press ‘’checkout’. The products and total purchase price will appear and invite you to complete your payment and add delivery details. All items shown on the website are subject to availability. In the event of any items not being available we will contact you to review your order.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include all original packaging, warranties that may have been inside the box. Postage charges incurred when returning the items will not be refunded. Except in the case of damaged goods, returns will be accepted and refunds will be made minus the cost of our initial postage.

Making a Payment
Pay by Paypal
All prices quoted are in £ British Pounds (sterling). We accept credit/debit cards, which are processed by PayPal via a secure on-line encrypted payment system.

Payment by Bank Transfer
Make your payment directly into our bank account using BACS. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Bank details will will revealed upon ordering.

Cheque Payment
Please email or phone if you would prefer to pay by cheque prior to ordering, this can be arranged by email.

Delivery
Delivery on all products to Mainland UK are free  (including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland if the parcel is not over 2 kg). We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

We can deliver items anywhere in Mainland UK. Delivery outside Mainland UK is possible so please contact us for a quote before ordering.

Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through PayPal. Delivery will be via Royal Mail Signed For / Parcel Force. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) and will take 3-5 days to arrive. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch an order straight away we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and you will have the right to review your order if necessary

Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details,  adverse weather conditions, or delayed customs clearance.

Delivery is between the hours of 8am and 6pm, we are unable to confirm a time. A signed acknowledgement of receipt will be required. If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from a local Royal Mail Post Office.

The goods will be held by the local Royal Mail Post Office for a maximum of sixteen days

Parcels up to 2kgs are sent using Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class service.

Parcels over 2kgs and up to maximum 30kgs are sent using Parcelforce’s Express 48 service, which states delivery by close of business in 2 working days.This service excludes the following destinations: The Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly & non UK addresses.  Please contact us by email to order.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds
If you change your mind about the product you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items under the Distance Selling Directive. Products can only be returned if they have not been used or damaged and packaged adequately. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return delivery charge. We will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will be only issued if the products are received by us and are in a good condition.

Whilst every effort is made to supply high quality goods if they arrive damaged we will send you a replacement or a refund for the full amount including any delivery charge. For any claim to be accepted, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the items on 07729160197 or info@tea-green.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy
At tea green we are committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will only use the information that we collect about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible online service. We will not disclose customer information to third parties.

Governing Law
Our terms and conditions are governed by English law, irrespective of where you are based.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in this website is correct, tea green cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service, products or the prices (or any content thereof) without any notice.
